We offer end-to-end social research and evaluation services, with particular strengths in sexual and reproductive health, pregnancy and maternal wellbeing, and primary care.

    Jade is the Director and Principal Consultant at Bilardi & Co Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in social health research and evaluation across academic and not-for-profit sectors. Jade specialises in qualitative and mixed methods research and evaluation, with particular expertise in lived experience and user experience research, stakeholder and consumer engagement, and the development of education and awareness resources and content using design thinking principles.

    Clare is a clinical psychologist and Associate Consultant at Bilardi & Co, bringing over 10 years of experience in the health research and evaluation field. As a mixed methods researcher, her work integrates both clinical practice and research, with a particular emphasis on perinatal and infant mental health, pregnancy loss, out-of-home care/child welfare, and broader sexual and reproductive health issues. Clare’s blend of clinical expertise and research allows her to provide evidence-based recommendations that improve health outcomes and inform policies in these key areas.

    Amy is a reproductive scientist, design master and an Assistant Consultant at Bilardi & Co. She is highly skilled in project management, has expertise in mixed methods and has a strong background in co-design methods, working collaboratively with stakeholders to create solutions that meet diverse needs. Her speciality is in developing web and e-health resources and educational materials and translating complex research findings into clear, accessible information for a range of audiences.
