Jade works closely with clients throughout each project, providing strategic leadership and hands-on expertise from design through to delivery. Where projects require additional specialist skills, Bilardi & Co draws on a trusted network of experienced researchers, clinicians, designers and other experts to bring the right expertise together for each project.

Jade Bilardi is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Bilardi & Co Consulting, bringing more than 20 years' experience in social and health research, evaluation and evidence translation across academic, government, not-for-profit and community settings.
Jade specialises in qualitative and mixed methods research and evaluation, with particular expertise in lived experience research, stakeholder and consumer engagement, co-design and human-centred approaches to developing health resources, programs and services.
She works directly with clients to design and deliver research and evaluation projects, translate evidence into practical solutions, and bring the perspectives and experiences of consumers, communities and health professionals into decision-making.
With a background spanning academia, research leadership and health-sector consultancy, Jade brings rigorous research expertise together with a practical, human-centred approach to complex health challenges.
